Jason B
Digital experience director at HCL
Rado is methodical, knowledgeable and has a very high level of detail across UX/UI practices. He understands the requirements of the business and successfully maps the user/consumer needs and outcomes to highly detailed wireframes, templates and prototypes resulting in a greater user experience and building both customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. A great contributor to meetings and projects resulting in a strong link between creative and technical teams.
Tony S
Experience design lead at Lloyds Bank
Rado is a highly talented designer and a strong design practitioner with great expertise in modern design tools and techniques. I had the pleasure of working with him on a banking innovation project whilst at Lloyds where his ability to translate complex ideas into innovative, user-centred designs was invaluable. He helped shape our approach and deliver new concepts with a highly personable and collaborative attitude to the team. His mix of technical skill, creative problem-solving, and enthusiasm made a real impact.
Anyone looking for a designer who leads by example and enhances both the process and the people around him would be fortunate to work with Rado.
Neil B
Lead agile manager at YNAP
Rado came into the team as the senior product designer. Over the course here he has made that role into an integral part of the teams, helping develop the processes and way the teams work with him to get the best out of the projects. He is a good addition to any team, very friendly and eagerly participates in all team meetings and activities. He’s been very professional throughout his time with the team and is someone I’d happily work with again in the future should the need arise.

I’m a Senior Product Designer with experience across fintech, healthtech, and SaaS, working with both early-stage startups and large organisations
I believe great products come from trust-based partnerships, not transactional briefs - collaboration that balances startup speed with enterprise scale.
Design, for me, is finding clarity in complexity and aligning teams around it.
I pair that strategic depth with AI-driven workflows, exploring more options, testing sooner, and closing the gap between loose ideas and real products. I move comfortably from stakeholder conversations to high-impact mocks and live MVPs in short order.
Solve the right problem
I don't design until I've interrogated the brief. The most expensive mistake in product design is a beautiful solution to the wrong problem. I find the root cause first; everything else follows.
Design for outcomes
Pretty doesn't pay. I tie every decision to measurable impact, conversion, retention, and task completion. If the design doesn't move a number that matters, it doesn't ship.
Thing in systems
I design beyond the screen. Every pattern I create must scale across products, hold up under growth, and make the teams around me faster. I build foundations, not features.
HOW I WORK
1
Problem first, pixels later.
I spend time understanding the business context, user pain, and technical constraints before I open Figma. The biggest design mistakes happen when you skip this step.
2
Hypothesis, not opinions.
I treat design decisions as bets. Rapid prototyping and early testing help me validate assumptions before they become expensive late-stage changes.
3
Design with engineers, not over-the-wall.
I work alongside developers and product managers from day one - feasibility checks, trade-off discussions, implementation support. No handoff surprises.
4
Tied to outcomes.
If the design doesn’t move a metric - conversion, retention, task completion, NPS - it’s not done yet.
5
Use AI as an accelerant, not a crutch.
I use AI to speed up research, build prototypes quickly, and help with front-end code. This lets me iterate faster while making sure I'm still the one making the important design decisions.

I also surf, make electronic music in Logic Pro, and play way too much tennis.
When I'm not working, I'm all about finding joy and exploring new things! I love travelling and trying new foods, getting out on the tennis or paddle tennis court, and if there are waves or snow, you'll probably find me surfing or snowboarding.

Creating memories with family and friends, and supporting each other through life’s ups and downs, means everything to me.
My love for music, both listening and playing, inspired me to create my own as a hobby. It fuels my passion and shapes my perspective.
