CSL Plasma runs one of the largest plasma collection networks in the world. The app was supposed to make donating easy. Instead, donors were dropping off mid-booking, missing appointments, and arriving unprepared. But the real problem wasn't the app; it was the 20-minute paper check-in at every visit. I digitalised registration and health screening, and introduced a premium pass for donors.
