Trial Tracker is IXICO's core platform for processing and tracking CT, MRI, and PET scan files across clinical trials. But the system had been bolted together over time, with no status visibility, no automation, no priority. Every upload required manual intervention, errors cascaded without recovery, and users had stopped trusting it. I designed the dashboard and automated the upload workflow, rebuilding trust through visibility, predictability, and speed.

My role: Solo Lead Product Designer - I owned the end-to-end process on a 6-month contract. Worked with 2 BAs, a Developer Lead, a Product Owner, and 2 stakeholders, all aligned on solving the right problems and delivering real business outcomes.
