Mode is a crypto wallet with cashback rewards. The team shipped fast, but users said otherwise: 2.2 stars, declining transactions, and quiet churn. Leadership wanted more coins. The data said fix what's there first. I redesigned the dashboard, restructured navigation, rebuilt onboarding, and simplified buying and selling.

My role: Lead Product Designer - I owned the end-to-end process. Worked alongside two designers, a development lead, one product owner, and one business analyst, all aligned on solving the right problems and delivering measurable outcomes.
