Mode is a digital wallet and crypto platform for buying, managing, and trading digital assets. The team shipped fast and built something feature-rich, but app store users told a different story: a 2.2-star rating, declining transactions, and users quietly leaving for competitors.

My role: Lead Product Designer - I owned the end-to-end process. Worked alongside two designers, a development lead, one product owner, and one business analyst, all aligned on solving the right problems and delivering measurable outcomes.
