Trial Tracker is IXICO's core platform, empowering image analysts, study managers, and site coordinators to process and track massive CT, MRI, and PET scan files across clinical trials. As the system's usage scaled, the project focused on modernising its complex workflows - evolving it from a manual, list-based tool into an automated, intuitive platform with clear status visibility and intelligent task prioritisation.

Solo Lead Product Designer - I owned research, flows, wireframes, prototyping, UI, and design system on a 6-month contract. Worked with 2 BAs, a Developer Lead, a Product Owner, and 2 stakeholders, all aligned on solving the right problems and delivering real business outcomes.
