IXICO is a London-based medical analytics company specialising in advanced imaging solutions for central nervous system (CNS) disorders. Leveraging AI and machine learning, IXICO provides comprehensive services to support biopharmaceutical companies across all phases of CNS clinical research.

My goal as a solo lead product designer was to design a new scalable, user-friendly SaaS platform that could accommodate large file uploads with a real-time validation system used in the back end, streamline workflows, and reduce operational backlogs across different user roles.
A key focus was on introducing a new multi-upload process for large files to eliminate bottlenecks and enable users to work more efficiently.
