Trial Tracker is IXICO's core platform, empowering image analysts, study managers, and site coordinators to process and track massive CT, MRI, and PET scan files across clinical trials.My role: Solo Lead Product Designer - I owned the end-to-end process on a 6-month contract. Worked with 2 BAs, a Developer Lead, a Product Owner, and 2 stakeholders, all aligned on solving the right problems and delivering real business outcomes.
